When will my order ship?

How do I track my order?
Click on "My Account" link on the top right hand side of the site. After, click on "History and Details of My Orders" There you will be able to track your order.

I never received my order
If after clicking the "History and details of my Order" the status shows as delivered and after 5-7 business days you still did not receive your product you can contact us at

My order is incomplete
If your order arrived incomplete, click on "My Account" link to make sure all the orders you placed shipped. If all packages show that they have been delivered and your order is missing, contact us at

Shipping and Return

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We are delighted to do business with customers all over the world. Our options are as follows:

Payment: On-line orders can be placed using most credit cards, and mail orders can be paid for with an "instrument payable in US Dollars." For example, we accept Postal Money orders in $US (known to be available in Canada and Italy), and "bank drafts" from many other countries. In some circumstances we may ask you to FAX a copy of your credit card, or make your payment by means of a wire transfer.

 Shipping Methods: We use postal services (including Global Express Mail), DHL, and FedEx for international shipments. Almost all international shipments will require insurance. 

Documentation:All international shipments of merchandise require a Customs Declaration, and many require a Commercial Invoice. In all cases, the declaration will be accurate, and the accompanying invoice will show the details of the transaction.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Permits:Almost all shipments of merchandise are subject to import taxes. Many types of merchandise are subject to Customs Duty as well some countries require an "import license" or permit for all imported goods. Your Post Office should be able to tell you what fees and charges will be applicable. Any such duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

If your order arrived damaged or broken, notify us within 3 days after you received your order, we will assign you a return authorization number. The items must be returned in the original package along with the return authorization number within two weeks.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipping of your item.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credit usually takes 7-10 days from the times we receive your items.

I need a copy of my receipt
Click "my account" link on the top right hand side of the site, after that click on "History and details of my orders" then just click on a pdf then you will be able to get your receipt.
